Proposal for Student Project
Prototyping for the Internet of Things comes along with experimentation and testing of variations of components for new scenarios. For playing around with different use cases people test different sensors and actuators. For prototyping it would be interesting to provide an IDE that automatically recognizes the setup of components which have been connected.
This project aims on realizing this idea for IoT prototyping (e.g. using a Raspberry Pi and Node-RED). One scenario would be that the system recognizes the components a user connects (e.g. to a Raspberry Pi or on a local network) and an IDE automatically provides a visual representation of those components. This allows users to easily implement their use case.
This is a topic for a student project (thesis, project, just for fun).
